Little Bitty is a URL minimizing application that is free of charge. The intention of the application is to improve the Internet by transforming cumbersome URLs into a user-friendly format for blogs, micro-blogs, e-mails, instant messages, Web sites, and other personal use items. Commercial use and business entities are not allowed to profit or use the Little Bitty URL minimizing application without first contacting our administration staff, and receiving permission to do so. Business entities are forbidden to minimize and shrink URLs in order to generate revenue on a scale which exceeds that accumulated by the average individual on an annual basis. Little Bitty will remove URLs that deceive, bait, or phish users into revealing personal and/or financial information. The Little Bitty application and Web site are not to be used for spamming or other illegal purposes. Your are forbidden from using Little Bitty to hide malicious or harmful script files. Minimizing JavaScript and other executable files is strictly forbidden and will be disabled without warning. All rights and permissions that are not clearly stated in this Terms of Service Agreement will remain the property of Little Bitty and lb.vg. URLs in violation of the Terms of Service Agreement will be disabled. Little Bitty provides no guarantee and or warranty that the service will work without failure. This is a free service, and, although the Web site is to remain operational, if funds are no longer available to operate the Web site, it will be terminated. If you want to license the Little Bitty technology, you may do so by contacting info@lb dot vg. If you have made it this far, and believe you are probably safe because we forgot to mention an obscure use that relates to any of the items in this Terms of Service Agreement, you may want to find another URL shortening application. Specific questions should be sent to info@lb dot vg for further clarification. To sum up the Terms of Service Agreement, use common sense as to whether the URL you are minimizing should be stored on our servers. Most three year old children know when they have done something wrong. Please, be smarter than a three year old, or we will find you and send you to your room.
